COLD HARMONY (Gan Mao Ling)

This is a commonly used formula for the initial onset of a cold or flu. It is a highly effective and useful remedy for preventing the cold from going deep within the body. It contains herbs that have anti-viral and anti-bacterial qualities. It also can be taken preventively for exposure to cold and flu. Highly recommended to take it when traveling on planes.

INDICATIONS:

• common cold
• flu
• fever & chills & achiness
• swollen lymph nodes
• cold and flu prevention

DOSAGE:

Adults: 10 pills every 4 hours (4x day) at the initial onset of symptoms.

Prevention: 8 pills, 2x day for 3-10 days

Children: give reduced dosage (based on the child's age & weight), every 2-3 hours at the initial onset of symptoms.

CAUTIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS:  Do not use if the patient is experiencing strong chills.
