FIVE MUSHROOM FORMULA (Wu Gu Fang)

Mushrooms have been used for their healing properties in Asia for thousands of years. For this formula, all 5 mushrooms provide liver support in addition to immune-enhancing qualities.

This is a strengthening formula. Below are the 5 ingredients and how they affect the body.

Ji song rong — eases & promotes digestion, strengthens bones, and helps regulate blood pressure and blood glucose levels.

Yun zhi  — fights infections and inflammation in the upper respiratory, digestive, and urinary tracts. Clears dampness & reduces phlegm.

Ling zhi (reishi)—calms the spirit, builds blood, stops cough, alleviates wheezing, dispels phlegm, and has anti-bacterial,  anti-inflammatory, and anti-hypertension characteristics.

Hui shu hua (maitake) — supports the immune system by preventing t-cells from being destroyed, promotes weight loss, helps regulate blood glucose, and reduces cholesterol & blood pressure.

Cordyceps sinesis (dong chong xia cao) —supports lungs & kidneys. Transforms phlegm stops bleeding and regulates blood glucose levels.
