HEAD RELIEF FORMULA (Tou Pian)

This formula was designed by Paul Fratkin, OMD, as an alternative to over-the-counter analgesics like aspirin and acetaminophen.

It is useful for all head pain. Aspirin and ibuprofen can damage the lining of the stomach and small intestine, aggravating leaky gut or causing intestinal bleeding. Long-term use of acetaminophen (Tylenol) can lead to liver toxicity, especially when combined with alcohol.

INDICATIONS:

• Headache
• Sinus pain/headache
• Hangover
• TMJ pain
• Toothache

MODIFICATIONS: 
— Sinus headache best results combined with a nasal formula like: 'Xanthium Nasal Formula' or 'Bi Yan Wan'.

DOSAGE: 4 tablets every 3-4 hours.

CAUTIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use during pregnancy. Not effective for those with headaches brought upon by deficiency (i.e. weakness, anemic, elderly).
