CLEAR WIND-HEAT (Sang Ju Yin Wan)

This traditional formula is used in the initial stage of a cold. It is especially effective in colds that start w/ a dry cough. It is a mild formula so is often used in sensitive individuals and especially children.

INDICATIONS:

• Common cold with dry cough, fever, sore throat, and thirst
• Whooping Cough
• Croup

DOSAGE:

Adults: 10 pills 3-4x per day

Children: 5-10 pills 3-4x per day (depending on the size and weight of the child.)

CAUTIONS & CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not use if chills are bigger than fever and there is no thirst. Do not take it if there is phlegm with the cough.
